Management
The Project manager acts as the coordinator and organizer of the project, and is therefore responsible for directly overseeing the development of the Phoenix mission, ensuring that teams stay on task and helps resolve issues where they arise. The student lead must always maintain an overview of the status of the mission and judge this status with where the project must be in the future. The Project manager and student team are further aided by the Project Investigator, who provides oversight and guidance for the mission’s development.

Science
The school of sustainability will work to analyze the data returned by the Phoenix mission and develop ways in which we can make our environment more sustainable. The science team will also be responsible for collaborating directly with the outreach coordinators in order to develop curriculum to not only educate the public, especially children.
